How does ordering online work?
Choose the retainer you need, pay securely online, and we'll make it from the scan we already have for you. When it's ready, you collect it from Your Clinic.
How long does it take?
Your retainer is usually ready 2 working days after you order. You choose the day and time to collect when you order.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Just pop in at the time you chose. If you told us your retainer no longer fits, we'll contact you to book a quick scan first.
What if my retainer doesn't fit?
Get in touch and we'll check it for you. Never force a retainer that feels too tight.
How do I pay?
By card when you place your order online. You'll see the full price before you pay, and there's nothing extra to pay when you collect.
